Reservations in The Food Bar (Matbaren) or in The Dining Room (Matsalen) are only available one month ahead.
Only reservations by phone or e-mail are available in The Dining Room (Matsalen). Please note that a reservation made by e-mail is valid first when a confirmation reply has been sent back.
According to Mathias Dahlgren's philosophy about the natural cuisine, we are not able to send you a menu in advance as it changes on daily basis. Please let us know if you have any special wishes or desires and we will do our upmost to oblige your requests.
