From time to time, the Grand Veranda serves food from special themes. When the Smörgåsbord is not served, we let the seasons decide. The Västerbotten buffet comes first and is followed by the Easter buffet, a crayfish party, shellfish weeks, the Mårten Gås goose festival, a Christmas buffet and, last but not least, a traditional New Year's dinner.
All the special menus are very popular and we therefore recommend that you book a table in good time. Here is a description of our special food themes. Welcome!
In January - February the theme for the Veranda's buffet is Västerbotten in northern Sweden. During these weeks, the smörgåsbord table is filled with delicacies from this Arctic region.
