Flexibility and freedom of choice

A day full of meetings may contain everything from coffee breaks, lectures, group discussions and lunch. It is important that those attending get the most out of their time and therefore we offer a daily delegate rate for our conference guests. Flexibility and freedom of choice have become our watchwords. If there is a need for several kinds of facilities with different setups during the course of the day we will arrange it according to your wishes. We will serve you refreshments when you feel it is time for a break and you decided when you want to break for lunch and dinner.

Daily delegate rate

Price SEK 1 045 per person.
Price valid for min. 20 delegates.

Room rental fee & technician from 8 am-5 pm (technician applies only for meeting rooms New York, Spegelsalen, Stockholm and Vinterträdgården), wireless Internet, LCD-projector, paper & pen, sweets, ice water, coffee break morning, lunch, coffee break afternoon.
