Great premises and the right framework are important factors if you want to create a successful conference and a good meeting. However, it is just important to make sure everything around works as well. The Grand Hôtel has long and extensive experience of arranging major, important events. They are all customised to fit specific requests and needs.
There is a whole organisation of experienced staff members, such as project managers, hosts and hostesses, carpenters, technicians, upholsterers, florists and many more. Also, we have an extensive network of suppliers who are experts within their field, ensuring that every conference is truly successful at the end of the day.
Four new meeting premises has been inaugurated. The four new meeting rooms have been named after the artist Vicke Andrén’s famous and allegoric painting, where different capitals in the world have been portrayed as antique Gods and Goddesses in the ceiling of Spegelsalen.
The rooms have been designed by one of Sweden’s leading architects offices, White Arkitekter, and has an international atmosphere, making them an excellent complement to the more classical rooms at the hotel.
